These terms of use (the "Terms") apply to the websites, APIs and platform services (the "Services") provided by Nuvid AI AB, company reg. no. 556945‑6709 ("Nuvid", "we", "us"). By using the Services you accept the Terms. For business customers, the written agreement signed between the parties also applies and takes precedence in the event of any conflict.
Nuvid develops and operates technical platforms and API services. Scope, features and any service levels (SLAs) are set out in the agreement and order. We work continuously to improve the Service and may update functionality over time.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the Terms and applicable law. You must not:
Some parts of the Service require an account or API key. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date and for all activity via your account or key. Authentication credentials must be handled securely. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
APIs may only be called within agreed quotas and as specified in our documentation. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect operations. Changes to APIs are communicated with reasonable notice in accordance with the agreement.
The Service, its software, design and content belong to Nuvid or our licensors. The Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service under the agreement. Data entered into the Service by the Customer remains the Customer's.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Service levels and any penalties are governed by the customer agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Nuvid is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data beyond what follows from mandatory law or an express agreement.
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. When Nuvid processes personal data on behalf of the Customer, a data processing agreement applies.
We may update the Terms. Material changes are announced. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
The Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise agreed.
