Nuvid AI AB is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes how we process personal data when you visit our websites, use our services or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Nuvid AI AB is the data controller for the processing described here. When we process personal data on behalf of our customers – for example through our API and platform services – we act as a data processor, and the processing is then governed by a data processing agreement.

2Personal data we process

Contact and customer data: name, email, phone number, company and role when you contact us or enter into an agreement.
Account data: login and user details for the services that require an account.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and logs generated when you use our services.
Usage data: how our services and websites are used, in order to operate, secure and improve them.
Communications: the content of your contact with us via email or forms.

We apply data minimisation and only collect the data needed for each purpose.

4How long we retain data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose or for as long as we are legally required to. Customer data is processed during the term of the agreement and for a reasonable period afterwards. Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Marketing data is processed until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

5Recipients and processors

We may share personal data with suppliers that process data on our behalf, for example for cloud hosting, email delivery and analytics. These act as data processors and are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal data.

6Transfers to third countries

We aim to process personal data within the EU/EEA. Where a supplier involves a transfer to a third country, this only takes place with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
